GQ Series Fixed Base Crane

GQ Series Fixed Base Crane is the lead of products in our corporation. Which is a crane of fixed slewing support structure. Their pedestal is fixed in ports or harbors. GQ Series Fixed Base Crane is suitable to load and unload cargoes in ports or harbors and cargoes yards. Their lifting capacity can be from 3ton to 40ton or more. Capable of handing with hook or grab or lifting spreader. 
The crane adopts horizontal displacement compensator of block and slewing ring with fixed column. Its main features are simple in structure, light in weight, little in cost, less area against wind, easy assembly and maintenance. The slewing mechanisms offers slewing of 360°.The hoisting, slewing, luffing mechanisms be operated individually or jointly. The luffing mechanism is equipped with two-stage hydraulic brake, eddy current braking and the course of luffing and braking.
The slewing support structure of the crane adopts ball bearings type. The driving unit of slewing structure consists of vertical motor?planetary gear trunk?big gear ring etc. . The limit moment coupling against accidental knock when the crane is slewing.
